Job Title: Remote IT Specialist – Business Master Suite Support

Location: Remote (Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM EST)

Compensation: $100 USD bonus upon successful training completion

Growth Opportunity: Potential to grow into Lead Systems Admin or Platform Manager as the company scales

As an IT Specialist at RebelRoots Creative Solutions, you’ll play a key role in supporting the performance and reliability of our

Business Master Suite—a powerful platform that helps service-based businesses streamline their operations and improve efficiency.


Your job will focus on ensuring the system is running smoothly, resolving any technical issues, optimizing backend systems, and integrating new tools as needed. This is a fully remote role with the flexibility to manage tasks independently, all while contributing to a product that transforms businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain System Performance

Ensure the Business Master Suite runs smoothly by troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that may arise across the platform.

Optimize Backend Systems

Continuously monitor and improve the performance, security, and scalability of our backend systems to ensure seamless integration and operations.

Support Integrations

Work on integrating new tools and technologies into our platform to enhance functionality and streamline business processes.

Troubleshoot Technical Issues

Respond to and resolve any system issues reported by team members or clients, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

Collaborate with the Team

Work closely with the product development and customer support teams to address technical challenges, provide solutions, and ensure a consistent user experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

Proven IT Support Experience

Experience in troubleshooting, optimizing, and maintaining digital systems, platforms, or SaaS products. Familiarity with backend systems and integration tools is highly preferred.

Tech-Savvy and Solution-Oriented

You know how to analyze issues, identify technical roadblocks, and come up with solutions that improve system performance and user experience.

Clear Communicator

Able to break down complex technical concepts for team members and clients, ensuring seamless communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Self-Starter Mindset

You’re motivated to take action, prioritize tasks, and solve problems independently while working remotely. You manage your workload efficiently without micromanagement.

Organized and Detail-Oriented

Strong attention to detail and process, with the ability to keep track of issues, follow up on progress, and maintain system integrity.

Tech-Comfortable

Familiarity with system monitoring tools, ticketing systems, and collaboration platforms is a plus, but we’ll provide training to get you up to speed.
