Job Title: Remote Sales Representative – Business Master Suite for Construction Companies

Location: Remote (Field visits encouraged if you're local)

Compensation:

$5 per warm/interested lead

Reoccurring Commission Based on Plan Chosen + $150 - $350 per successful sale

Job Overview

As a Sales Representative for RebelRoots Creative Solutions, you’ll be at the front line of transforming construction businesses. Your role is to introduce owners to our Business Master Suite—a complete system that takes them from manual madness to smooth, automated operations.

This is a fully remote, commission-only opportunity where you’ll earn $5 per interested lead and commission on each closed sale—and there’s no cap on how much you can make.

Key Responsibilities

Target the Right Businesses

Find and connect with mid-sized construction companies still stuck in manual operations who need what we offer.

Speak Their Language

Talk directly with decision-makers. Show them how our Business Master Suite saves time, boosts profits, and reduces chaos.

Handle the Close

Follow up, answer real questions, overcome objections, and lock in the deal. You’ll be their trusted guide through the decision.

Own Your Pipeline

Track your leads, manage your follow-ups, and stay on top of your numbers like a pro.

Sharpen the Strategy

Work with our team to refine pitches, streamline outreach, and help shape how we sell in the field.

Qualifications & Requirements

Proven B2B Sales Experience

Ideally in construction, SaaS, or business services—especially if you’ve worked with business owners who wear a toolbelt and a million hats.

Pain Point Radar

You know how to listen, spot the real problems, and present solutions that make sense.

Confident Communicator

You can build trust quickly, explain value clearly, and close deals with authority and respect.

Self-Starter Mindset

You don’t wait to be told what to do—you take action, follow up, and get results, even in a remote setting.

Tech-Comfortable

CRM or not, you're organized. Experience with tracking tools is a plus, but we’ll get you what you need.
