Job Title: Remote Website Designer/Developer – Business Master Suite

Location: Remote (Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM EST)

Compensation:
Hourly pay (based on skill level after training) + $100 USD bonus upon successful training completion

Has experience in designing and developing websites (SaaS or business solutions experience a plus)

Is proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and GHL platform

Is skilled in responsive design and ensuring smooth experiences across devices

Is comfortable working with front-end and back-end development (or is willing to expand their skill set)

Job Overview

As a Website Designer/Developer at RebelRoots Creative Solutions, you’ll play a key role in shaping the digital presence of our Business Master Suite. You’ll be responsible for designing and developing websites that are not only visually stunning but also highly functional, ensuring that our clients’ needs are met with seamless user experiences.


In this role, you will work closely with our product and marketing teams to create websites and features that enhance our platform’s capabilities, while making sure the design reflects our commitment to modern business automation. This is a remote, flexible position, allowing you to work at your own pace to create innovative solutions that make a real impact for businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Website Design & Development

Design, build, and maintain high-quality websites for the Business Master Suite, ensuring they are visually appealing, functional, and responsive across all devices.

User Experience Optimization

Focus on creating seamless user interfaces (UI) and exceptional user experiences (UX) by ensuring fast load times, easy navigation, and overall accessibility.

Collaboration with Teams

Work closely with the product, marketing, and operations teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and implement changes to improve the platform’s functionality.

Front-End & Back-End Development

Handle both front-end and back-end development tasks, ensuring that each component of the website functions smoothly and integrates well with the overall platform.

Code Maintenance & Updates

Ensure all websites and web applications are updated regularly with new features, security patches, and enhancements.

Problem Solving & Troubleshooting

Identify and resolve any website issues or bugs quickly to maintain the user experience and platform integrity.

Continuous Learning & Innovation

Stay updated with the latest design trends, development tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas and innovation to the company.

Qualifications & Requirements

Proven B2B Sales Experience

Ideally in construction, SaaS, or business services—especially if you’ve worked with business owners who wear a toolbelt and a million hats.

Pain Point Radar

You know how to listen, spot the real problems, and present solutions that make sense.

Confident Communicator

You can build trust quickly, explain value clearly, and close deals with authority and respect.

Self-Starter Mindset

You don’t wait to be told what to do—you take action, follow up, and get results, even in a remote setting.

Tech-Comfortable

CRM or not, you're organized. Experience with tracking tools is a plus, but we’ll get you what you need.
